Please pay attention to the following points when using the slotting tool.

1. When used with CNC lathe, if there is no spindle locking function, the workpiece may move during processing, and the groove width may become wider, so it cannot be used. When the machining center is used, the spindle needs to be fixed in the same way.

2. When it is installed on the side lock bracket of the machining center to try to use, the handle part may be too long to touch the collar part. In this case, cut the handle to fit it and hit it. We also accept orders of short handle specifications as special products

3. When machining square holes or hexagonal holes, make the guide holes larger than the side. Because of the processing method, some parts will not be hit by the blade. Therefore, R remains on the opposite side after treatment. It is impossible to machine quadrilaterals and hexagons as accurately as WEDM by this method.
